It has an established track record in providing secure and reliable solutions to the financial services sector. In January 2008, ICMA, the market services division of the International Capital Market Association, rebranded to Xtrakter. Xtrakter was acquired in November 2008 by Euroclear. In March 2013, Xtrakter was acquired by MarketAxess. The valuation of Xtrakter was undisclosed. Other terms of the deal were not released.
